"Evolve is just what I’ve been looking for in key west! An intimate studio space based on wellness with the BEST heated yoga and dance fitness classes! The owner Jolie is incredible and makes you feel extremely comfortable diving deeper into your practice, with equal parts strength and surrender in her flows. I’ve never felt so connected to myself during a yoga practice all while still getting a powerful workout. I love the energy of the space and all of the instructors are fantastic. If you want a great cardio class that is FUN and really taps into your feminine energy, check out Candice’s dance fitness! They also offer a variety of amazing workshops. I highly recommend checking out this studio!"

"I go to this studio 5-6 days a week and every class that I’ve attended has been spot on. I’ve done their strength, yin yoga, hot yoga, restorative yoga, breathing classes, and a couple of workshops now. Every instructor that I’ve had takes their time to show you proper form and always makes you feel welcome. Even when I’ve taken a yoga class, the instructors are great at showing all levels including beginner and advanced, how to do different poses. So far I’ve had Jolie, Josh, Candice, Sydney, and Randall and each one of them have been fantastic with their classes. I can’t wait to see what else Evolve comes up with!"
