Evolve Key West is a boutique studio that offers an intimate setting with 14 spots available per class. We encourage you to bring your own mat and towels, but if you're traveling, we provide high-quality Manduka yoga mats, mat towels, and sweat towels included in your class fee. Please remember to bring a reusable water bottle; we have a convenient refill station available.

Elena holds a grounded, intuitive relationship with yoga that is rooted in presence, embodiment, and self awareness. Her path has been shaped through immersive experiences, retreats, and festivals that deepened her connection to the practice and its ability to create clarity and inner alignment.

She approaches yoga as a living practice of self trust, conscious movement, and breath led awareness. Her commitment to a sober lifestyle supports her ability to hold space from a clear, intentional, and centered place. Elena is currently continuing her studies beyond her 200 hour training through the 300 hour Hatha Vinyasa yoga teacher training with Full Circle Yoga School.
